Thank you for your interest in the Applegate Outdoor School Program!

Please fill out the form below with your school & class specifics. We offer seven consecutive weeks of day-only programming from April 15 to May 31, 2024. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. You are welcome to register multiple classes from your school for one week of programming; we can accommodate up to 75 students per week.

*Please note that registration is not confirmed upon the submission of this form. We will review all your information, and will send you a confirmation email when your registration is complete. We may need to contact you in the meantime to obtain more information.

The cost to attend Applegate Outdoor School is $315 per student; this includes all programming expenses and food. Once registered, teachers will work with their school administrator and/or district representative to apply for the Measure 99 funds to cover ALL program costs for every 5th or 6th grade student.
District applications for Measure 99 funding must be completed through the OSU Outdoor School Extension Services by mid October, 2023.
